Your personal information may be held by JRW on computer or manual files and will be used for administration purposes including carrying out claims handling and fraud prevention in connection with any insurance cover we arrange for you. We may use customer contact information to send details about JRW’s additional products and services or promotional material from some of our partners. Users may opt out of receiving future mailings. See “Contact us” below. Customers of JRW will automatically have their Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account number registered with Rewards4Golf, free of charge. This will allow JRW policy holders to accumulate Reward Points by using their registered card at a number of high street and online retailers (full details available at Rewards4Golf.com).

Should a JRW customer wish to opt out of Rewards4Golf, they may do so at any time by emailing Rewards4Golf at admin@rewards4golf.com. Full details of the benefits offered are available on the Rewards4Golf.com website.

2.3 Dealing with other people - To comply with data protection legislation, the request of many of our policyholders and to make the managing your policy more convenient, it is our policy to deal only with the person named on the policy who contacts us regarding the policy.
If you would like someone else to be able to deal with your policy for you on a regular basis please let us know. In some exceptional circumstances we may also deal with other people who call us on your behalf. If at any time you would prefer us to deal only with you, please call to let us know.
2.4 Exchanging Information - We exchange personal information with other approved organisations for underwriting and fraud prevention purposes and for the purpose of fulfilling claims. We may provide such information to others where required or permitted by law, and the Data Protection Act of 1998.

JRW employs up to date technology in order to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control.
Our internal procedures cover the storage, access and disclosure of information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Thawte Certificate - We are Thawte certified. This certificate acts as our digital ID card and proves we are who we say we are. To obtain this certificate we have had to prove our identity, location and authenticity.
